Total amount of rental is due at Check in.  No exceptions.  3 - 5 night minimum stays.  Add 2% for credit card convenience fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.

       Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.

       Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 12:00 noon  ( PLEASE, throw trash in the outside trash bin and wash your pots & dishes, when you check out. ) 

       Reservation Deposit for Condos :   Reservation deposit of one night rate is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at time of check in. If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.                                     

       Cancellation for Condos : Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of $25.00.  Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $25.00 cancellation charge.      

       Reservation Deposit for Houses : Reservation deposit of 1/2 of rental amount is required at the time of confirmation. Damage deposit is required at time of check in. If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the house has been cleaned. NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.

       Cancellation for Houses:  If you cancel your reservation, you forfeit your reservation/rental amount. No exceptions...

       Occupancy tax: 14.50%

       Fees:  Linen fee   $30.00 (1bd/1ba)  $50.00 (2bd/2ba) $75.00 (3bd/2ba) $100.00 (beach house) 

                   Pet fee  $25.00 - $100.00/monthly

       * Some 2 bedroom condos can occupy additional persons: Additional $25.00/night per person (7th & 8th person).

       ** Internet access fee $5.00/night

       Texas Week Spring Break - Spring Breaker friendly Condos:  5 night minimum on 1 & 2 bedroom condos. Damage deposit (minimum $200.00 1 bedroom, $275.00 2 bedroom) is dependent on length of stay and number of people. FULL PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL IS DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, IN THE FORM OF CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD. Only Gulfview & Gulfpoint charge a onetime $25.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Gulfview's & Gulfpoint's property manager at check in.

       Texas Week Spring Break - Family Only Condos: 29+ years old, Quiet time after 11:00pm.

       4th of July: 4 night minimum on all condominiums.

       Winter season -  starts Dec. 1st and ends Feb. 28th.  Complete months only (no partials).
