How does this work? You ask...
Go to "Policies and Information" section - read and understand the page.
Go to Condos page (section of this website page) and scroll down to the condo you like and click on "Check Availability" button to check for dates. Click "Book" to book your reservation.
We will return a reservation confirmation.
Pick up keys at 127 E. Dolphin St. for your condo, you will have to pay for your stay in full at check in.
Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at check in.
When you are getting ready to check out, you must throw your trash in the trash bin (outside) and wash all pots and pans.
If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.

Convieniently located within the Island's most exclusive subdivision on Cactus Cove Waterway at the Southwest corner of Sunset Drive and Padre Boulevard, Las Marinas provides waterfront living in a boating atmosphere while maintaining a short walk to the beach. Five to six minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Built in 1986, extensively remodeled in 2010. Living area features large sofa sleeper and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a queen size bed with comfortable bedding,cable tv and large closets. Fishing off the pier is very good at night or head out for a great day of fishing in your own boat - parked in our boat slips. Boat launch is located on Polaris St. three blocks north of Galleon Bay.

Beautiful landscaping surrounds this Mediterranean style condominiums, first floor has the living area, dining area, kitchen and half bath, second floor has both bedrooms and a bonus room. Kidney shaped swimming pool and hot tub, picnic tables and lush carpet grass make this area very appealing to kids. Two parking spaces per condo.
