How does this work? You ask...
Go to "Policies and Information" section - read and understand the page.
Go to Condos page (top section of this website page) and scroll down to the condo you like and click on button. Enter your dates and click search. Scroll down the list and choose your condo. Click "Book" to book your reservation.
We will return a reservation confirmation.
Pick up keys at 127 E. Dolphin St. for your condo, you will have to pay for your stay in full at check in.
Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at check in.
When you are getting ready to check out, you must throw your trash in the trash bin (outside) and wash all pots and pans.
If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.

Welcome to South Padre Island,Tx.! Imagine this... a tropical island 34 miles long packed with fine restaurants, exciting night clubs,tropical bars and taverns, great offshore and bay fishing and not to mention fabulous shopping. Our GULFVIEW COMPLEX consists of two buildings,GULFVIEW I Condominiums (Rm. 108,109,111,209,210,506) and GULFVIEW II Condominiums(Rm. 210) are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the oceanside of South Padre Island across from the Sheraton Hotel and next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Its located near the beach, no streets to cross and has beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car and boat. Coin operated laundry facilities are on the premises. Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the clubhouse and pool area, not in the rooms. Master bedroom has complete furnishings,large closets,cable tv., and two queen size beds with comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen,full size refrigerator,dishwasher,microwave,range,coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The living area features a large cable tv.,queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a table and two chairs. Outside ammenities include big swimming pool,jacuzzi,bbq pit area,basketball court, tennis court, a club house for small parties next to swimming pool.
As of April 1st through September 30, EVERYBODY is required to use a wristband to come into the pool area, BBQ area and clubhouse. The wristbands will be according to occupancy: Efficiency(4), 1 Bedroom(6) and 2 Bedroom(8) and (2) parking permits per room. Their is no initial cost but if lost the replacement cost will be $25.00 each. Gulfview will only replace them to the owner or rental agency, not to the tenant. Gulfview will not collect money from tenant as they may want to buy more from the Gulfview office. Guest wristbands will be sold for $5.00 only with tenant present from the security or Gulfview office. This Guest wristband is changed every day and does not allow the guest to stay over night in the room.
Isla Blanca park and the Sea ranch marina are just a two minute walk away. Enjoy fishing at the jetties in the park or book a fishing trip with the professional guides at the marina. Schlitterbahn waterpark was rated the #1 waterpark in the U.S. by travel magazine. While the kids splash in the water, sip a exotic drink in the swim-up bar. Then dine on the breeze swept terrace and enjoy the live entertainment. The centerpiece of the water park is Rio Aventura, a lazy river which turns crazy as you speed through whitewater rapids, then right back down the stomach-lifting drops.

Our CORONADO I Condominiums (Rm. 102,201,202,302) are located at 5701 Gulf Blvd. on the South Padre Island ocean side,right across a beach access. It's been completely remodeled. Living area features large cable tv.,queen size sofa sleeper and recliner. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large cable tv.,large closets and king size bed with comfortable bedding. Kitchen features full size refrigerator,stove, dishwasher, microwave,coffee maker and everything to create meals. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and two bars stools at the bar area. Built in bunk beds are adjacent to the kitchen and living area. Outside ammenities include swimming pool and kiddy pool.We can accomodate groups larger than six since some of our condos are adjoining, meaning a family can take two condos together. One condo for kids the other for adults or any combination thereof.

During Texas Week Spring Break, Gulfview charges a onetime $25.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Gulfview's property manager at check in.

NO POOL is available at South Winds condominiums. We can accomodate groups larger than six since some of our condos are adjoining, meaning a family can take two condos together.
