How does this work? You ask...
Go to "Policies and Information" section - read and understand the page.
Go to Condos page (section of this website page) and scroll down to the condo you like and click on "Check Availability" button to check for dates. Click "Book" to book your reservation.
We will return a reservation confirmation.
Pick up keys at 127 E. Dolphin St. for your condo, you will have to pay for your stay in full at check in.
Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at check in.
When you are getting ready to check out, you must throw your trash in the trash bin (outside) and wash all pots and pans.
If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.

Welcome to South Padre Island,Tx.! Our LA ISLA COMPLEX built in 2010' consists two buildings with rich Mediterranean colors and architectural style, LA ISLA Condominiums(Rm. 201, 301) are located at 150 Padre Blvd. two blocks from the Causeway, on the oceanside of South Padre Island across from the Gulfview I & II condominiums and next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. La Isla boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and plenty of spacious parking. Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the private clubhouse with spacious roof-top sun deck and pool area. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable tv., and queen size bed with comfortable bedding. Second bedroom has complete furnishings, bunk beds with complete bedding, large closet, cable tv. Third bedroom has complete furnishings, bunk beds with complete bedding, large closet, cable tv. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The living area features a large cable tv., queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a table and two chairs. Outside ammenities include Two resort style swimming pools - One family oriented pool with wading area for the children and playground nearby and other adult pool with fire pits and two hot tubs, Both with plentiful lounge chairs and cabanas, picnic and outdoor grilling areas, bar area with outdoor kitchen, fully equipped exercise room and spa, Cyber cafe with flat screen tv., game room.
Isla Blanca park and the Sea ranch marina are just a two minute walk away. Enjoy fishing at the jetties in the park or book a fishing trip with the professional guides at the marina. Schlitterbahn waterpark was rated the #1 waterpark in the U.S. by travel magazine. While the kids splash in the water, sip a exotic drink in the swim-up bar. Then dine on the breeze swept terrace and enjoy the live entertainment. The centerpiece of the water park is Rio Aventura, a lazy river which turns crazy as you speed through whitewater rapids, then right back down the stomach-lifting drops.

Our LAS VERANDAS Condominiums (Rm. 204,206) is located at 6410 Padre Blvd. in the Gulf side of South Padre Island, next to Holiday Inn Express. This 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is in a gated complex with a beautiful pool and hot tub in a middle of a tropical landscaped area. The living area consists of a queen size sofa sleeper and two ottomans with a large flat screen tv. Second living area (bonus room) has sofa and a 19 flat screen tv. for the kids, next to all the bedrooms. The kitchen features full size refrigerator,stove,microwave and dishwasher, granite counter and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The dining area features a table for six persons with four bar stools. The master bedroom features a king size bed with comforable bedding, large walk-in closet, master bathroom with vanity. Second bedroom has bunk beds with comfortable bedding. Third bedroom is fully furnished and features two full size beds with comfortable bedding, large closets with second bathroom adjacent to both the third bedroom and the bonus room. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or cold afternoon drink on our balcony overlooking the pool. Parking is assigned. Beach access is available at the gate of The Villas entrance, which is next door.

This 3 bedroom / 3 bath home is gated with a beautiful pool and hot tub in a middle of a tropical landscaped area. The living area consists of a queen size futon and two sofas with a large flat screen tv. The kitchen features full size refrigerator,stove,microwave and dishwasher and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The dining area features a table for four persons with two bar stools in the bar/kitchen. The master bedroom features a king size bed with comforable bedding, large walk-in closet, large master bathroom with vanity and jacuzzi (hot tub) and large cable tv. Second bedroom has queen bed with comfortable bedding. Third bedroom is fully furnished and features bunk bed - full size bed on botton and twin on top with comfortable bedding, large closets. Second bathroom adjacent to both the second and third bedroom. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or cold afternoon drink on our balcony overlooking the pool. Parking is plentyful and gated. Beach access is just across the Gulf blvd. Reminder: to go upstairs you have to exit the first floor and go outiside to get upstairs... there is no direct access from within the house.
Reservation Deposit for Houses : Reservation deposit of 1/2 of rental amount is required at the time of confirmation. Damage deposit is required at time of check in. If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the house has been cleaned. NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellation for Houses: If you cancel your reservation, you forfeit your reservation/rental amount. No exceptions...
