How does this work? You ask...

1. Go to "Policies and Information" section - read and understand the page. 
2. Go to Condos page (section of this website page) and scroll down to the condo you like and click on "Check Availability" button to check for dates. Click "Book" to book your reservation.
3. We will return a reservation confirmation.  
4. Pick up keys at 127 E. Dolphin St. for your condo, you will have to pay for your stay in full at check in.
5. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at check in.
6. When you are getting ready to check out, you must throw your trash in the trash bin (outside) and wash all pots and pans.
7. If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.

Our LA ISLA COMPLEX   built in 2010' consists two buildings with rich Mediterranean colors and architectural style, LA ISLA Condominiums  (Rm. 102, 103, 104, 105, 203, 204, 205, 303) are located at 150 Padre Blvd. two blocks from the Causeway, on the oceanside of South Padre Island across from the Gulfview I & II condominiums and next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark.  La Isla boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and plenty of spacious parking. Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the private clubhouse with spacious roof-top sun deck and pool area. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable tv., and queen size bed with comfortable bedding. Second bedroom has complete furnishings, bunk beds with complete bedding, large closet, cable tv.   Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals.  The living area features a large cable tv., queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs.  The dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar stools.  Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a table and two chairs.  Outside ammenities include Two resort style swimming pools -  One family oriented pool with wading area for the children and playground nearby and other adult pool with fire pits and two hot tubs, Both with plentiful lounge chairs and cabanas, picnic and outdoor grilling areas, bar area with outdoor kitchen, fully equipped exercise room and spa, Cyber cafe with flat screen tv., game room.   

       Isla Blanca park and the Sea ranch marina are just a two minute walk away. Enjoy fishing at the jetties in the park or book a fishing trip with the professional guides at the marina. Schlitterbahn waterpark  was rated the #1 waterpark in the U.S. by travel magazine.  While the kids splash in the water, sip a exotic drink in the swim-up bar.  Then dine on the breeze swept terrace and enjoy the live entertainment.  The centerpiece of the water park is Rio Aventura, a lazy river which turns crazy as you speed through whitewater rapids, then right back down the stomach-lifting drops.

Our MAR Y SOL condominiums  (Rm. 3, 4, 6, 8) are located at 107 E. Bahama st. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction.  Built in 2006 Mar y Sol condominiums has a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features large sofa sleeper, recliner and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen.  Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Book your next bay or offshore fishing trip at Fisherman's wharf just one block north of Louie's and Wahoo's Saloon.  Living area features a large tv., full size sofa sleeper and recliner.  Master bedroon has complete furnishings, king size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets.  Second bedroon has complete furnishings two twin size beds with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets.  Our GULFVIEW COMPLEX  consists of two buildings, GULFVIEW I Condominiums  (Rm. 213,313, 402) and GULFVIEW II Condominiums are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the south side of South Padre Island,Tx.,across the Sheraton hotel and next to Schlitterbahn waterpark.  It's located near the beach, no streets to cross and has beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car and boat.  Coin operatedlaundry facilities are on the premises.  Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the clubhouse and pool, not in rooms.  The master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets,large cable tv,and two queen size beds with complete bedding.  Second bedroom has complete furnishings, two full beds with complete bedding, large closet, large cable tv.  Fully equpped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Convienently located right in the heart of the Island, with a one or two minute walk to Louie's Backyard restaurant, Amberjacks restaurant,Wahoo's on the bay.  If you like the outdoors, book your next fishing trip, dolphin watch, or offshore and bay fishing at Jim's Pier and Marina, just two blocks down.  If you want to wet your whistle across the street at the Surf Motel is Bommerang Billy's on the ocean surfside, great burgers and drinks,while you watch the kids play.
